Dashboard and Metrics
Your Dashboard shows whether Dripr is keeping your contacts engaged and which people may be worth a personal follow-up.
Dashboard Health
The top row gives a quick health snapshot:
- Total Leads: How many active leads you currently have.
- Lifetime Open Rate: The percentage of sent emails that have been opened.
- Lifetime Unsubscribe Rate: The percentage of sent emails that led to an unsubscribe.
- Lifetime Spam Rate: The percentage of sent emails that led to a spam complaint.
Warm Leads
Warm Leads are contacts with meaningful activity in the last 90 days. Dripr ranks leads by listing clicks first, then email opens, then the most recent activity.
Each row shows the lead’s name and email plus an Engagement column with one icon per signal:
- A blue mail icon for every email they opened in the last 90 days.
- A green house icon for every listing they clicked in the last 90 days.
Hover an icon to see what it represents.
Click a row to expand it and see Listings Clicked — the list of properties the lead clicked through to Zillow. Each entry is labeled either Active Listing or Recent Sale and links out to the Zillow page. If the lead has only opened emails (no listing clicks), the expanded row shows “No listing clicks in the last 90 days.”
If no leads have engaged in the last 90 days, the table shows: “No warm leads in the last 90 days yet. Dripr will surface leads here when they open emails or click listings.”
Quick Tips
- Listing clicks are stronger signals than opens because the lead looked at a specific property.
- Use Warm Leads as a cue to personally call, text, or email outside Dripr.
- High unsubscribes or spam complaints may mean your list needs cleaning or your audience is not a good fit.
Good to Know
- “90 days” is a rolling window, not a calendar quarter.
- Numbers may update after delivery, open, and click events come in.
